HFI Announces the Election of Two New
                        Board Members
 
  Alan Moghul, PhD. Director of the Division of Prevention
  Services for the National Association Of State Alcohol
  and Drug Abuse Directors in Washington DC, serves as a
  national leader in the substance abuse prevention field
  and as the Association’s administrative liaison to the
  National Prevention Network (NPN). In this capacity he
  interacts with government officials at NIH, SAMHSA and
  ONDCP and OJJCP.

 
  Dane R. Christiansen, legislative consultant and founder of
  Giving Tree Government Relations, reviews, analyzes, and
  reports on legislation and other congressional activities
  and promotes coalition building to support programs of
  importance to grass roots organizations. Dane has guided
  HFI for several years in efforts to advocate for national
  attention to primary prevention among key leaders in the 
  nation.
